Note Regarding Children: For safety reasons children under the age of 12 must be accompanied by at least one adult on a chair or gondola. Children under the height of 42" (106cm) must be accompanied by at least one adult, and in an enclosed gondola only.
Note Regarding Pets: For safety reasons pets of any kind are not permitted on the Gondola with exception of Disability Assistance Pets. If you have a special needs pet aid please let our ticket staff know and we will do all we can to accommodate you.
Note Regarding Wildlife Cameras - Data Collection And Use: In an ongoing effort to monitor wildlife & human activity in the Whitehorn Wildlife Corridor and Hidden Lake Bowl, motion activated wildlife cameras have been installed in and around the Lake Louise Ski Resort. Images of people collected by these cameras may be used to generate non-personal data as relevant for research purposes (ie. group size, activity, etc). All images of people will be deleted unless evidence of an illegal activity is present. No images of people will be shared, displayed or used in communication materials. This study will be on-going until January 3, 2020.
